Plans overview

Tobava Mail offers three plans to suit individuals, professionals, and teams.

Free trial

When you sign up for the Personal or Business plan, you get a 15-day free trial — no credit card required at sign-up.

The trial starts the moment you create your account, not when you first sign in.

Upgrading your plan

  1. Sign in to mail.tobavamail.com
  2. Click Upgrade in the left sidebar or navigate to Settings → Plans
  3. Choose your plan and billing cycle (monthly or annual)
  4. Enter your payment details and confirm

Annual billing saves you approximately 2 months compared to paying monthly.

Downgrading your plan

You can downgrade to a lower plan at any time from Settings → Plans. Downgrading takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

Downgrading to Free reduces your storage to 1 GB. If your mailbox exceeds 1 GB, you won't be able to receive new emails until you delete enough messages to fall below the limit.

Changing your password

  1. Go to Settings → Password & Security
  2. Under Change password, enter your current password
  3. Enter and confirm your new password
  4. Click Update password

If you've forgotten your password, use Forgot password? on the login page. You'll need access to your recovery email or your authenticator app (if 2FA is enabled).

Changing your email address

Your primary email address ([email protected]) cannot be changed after account creation as it is your unique identifier. However, on Personal and Business plans you can:

Deleting your account

To permanently delete your Tobava Mail account:

  1. Go to Settings → Account
  2. Scroll to the bottom and click Delete account
  3. Confirm by entering your password
Account deletion is permanent. All emails, contacts, calendar events, and notes are immediately and irreversibly removed. Export your data before deleting.
